What are the different types of ticket available?
Zona Premium: excellent visibility. Zona A: good visibility. Zona B: average visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be allocated according to the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it will not be possible to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, you can contact Fever customer service through the contact form; make sure to include the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. If so, contact Fever customer service through the contact form, stating the ticket ID. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Do I need to buy a ticket for the person who assists me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. In this case, contact Fever customer service through the contact form, attaching a document certifying that you need an assistant, and we will give you a code to get a free ticket for your companion. Please note that you will need to show the documents, along with the tickets, to enter the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email, sent to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.

The event will be held at the Sala Bianca of the Teatro Sociale, in Via Vincenzo Bellini, 1, 22100 Como CO.
How do you get to the experience?
The event can be reached by car (the Autosilo Valduce car park is a 4 minute walk away) or on foot. It's a 5 minute walk from Como Lago railway station and a 15 minute walk from Como San Giovanni railway station.
Will it be possible to buy food?
Unfortunately no food or drinks will be available.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
