📍 Location: Ptak Warsaw Expo – FITNESS IQ zone during FIWE 2026
👤 Age requirement: 16+ (participants aged 16–17 require consent from a legal guardian)
♿ Accessibility: the hall is accessible, but the sports route is not adapted for individuals with reduced mobility or who are deaf/hard-of-hearing
🕒 Start times: Select your day and category when purchasing. The exact start time and heat number will be assigned by the organiser and communicated by November 4. Please arrive 60 minutes before your scheduled start time
