How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue's zones have different prices depending on visibility and proximity to the stage. Your seat will be assigned by our team when you arrive at Convento de San Bernardo, always respecting the order of arrival and the sector.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Convento de San Bernardo box office?
No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Convento de San Bernardo. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
Will there be food and drink service at Convento de San Bernardo?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: The Best of Ludovico Einaudi in Alcalá de Henares lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Best of Ludovico Einaudi in Alcalá de Henares?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
Can tickets for Candlelight: The Best of Ludovico Einaudi be gifted?
Yes! The perfect present is a Candlelight Gift Card valid for any concert in your country, so the recipient can choose the event that suits them best. If you prefer to gift a ticket you already have, remember you can easily send it using the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Convento de San Bernardo and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Convento de San Bernardo?
You can buy your photo experience at Convento de San Bernardo if the quota hasn't been reached yet. Just remember that we don't accept cash in the venue, only card, and that online purchases have priority.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you step into Convento de San Bernardo, you'll be directed to the photo area. If you have any questions, just ask our team!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This special pack contains 3 decorative LED candles that simulate the glow and cozy ambiance of real light. They are the perfect alternative for adding warmth to your home in a clean and safe way.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.
