What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This paid add-on is a one-of-a-kind photo experience for guests who book it: a personalised photo session in a specially designated area, plus a keepsake instant print in a Polaroid-style finish. Photos can also be bought on site (card payment only) while stock lasts, though online buyers get priority. Your session takes place before the show and wraps up 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early; you'll pick your favourite photo and collect the print at the exit, so don't forget it before you leave, as it can't be kept for later.
What is the "Candles 3-Pack"?
This add-on includes 3 premium electric candles that realistically recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. 3-Packs bought online must be collected on site at the designated spot on the day of your event; since the set is tied to that specific date and venue, it's non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
