We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Gran Hotel Sardinero, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.

Can tickets be bought at the Gran Hotel Sardinero box office?

No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Gran Hotel Sardinero box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

Answer

We advise you to arrive half an hour early to sit down calmly. The gate will close 5 minutes before the time indicated and no one will be allowed in later, protecting the acoustic experience.

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

The historic spaces where the events take place can have temperature variations depending on the date. We advise dressing in clothes suitable for the season so you can enjoy the concert with the utmost comfort.

Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.

The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Santander lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Please mute your phone for the entire event. Put your phone away and connect with the music; you can only take photos and record videos without flash in the final piece when the musicians tell you to.

Access your passes from the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by entering the "Tickets" section. It's crucial that you use the same login method you booked with. We'll also send you the QR code in the purchase confirmation email. No physical printing required!

Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?

Answer

Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.

Can tickets for Candlelight: The Innate Law be gifted?

Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Gran Hotel Sardinero and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Gran Hotel Sardinero?

Photos can be bought at Gran Hotel Sardinero as long as the quota hasn't been filled. Customers who buy the photo opportunity through the website when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over those who buy at the venue. Purchases at the venue can only be made with a credit/debit card; cash is not accepted.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so there's enough time to take your photo. The photo session takes place before the show and ends 10 minutes before it starts.

When will I receive the photo?

Answer

Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

You'll be guided to the photo area right after you enter Gran Hotel Sardinero. If you need help, just ask our staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

Answer

This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Gran Hotel Sardinero? What about service animals?

Answer

Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.

Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?

Yes! Attendees who need support can request a free ticket for a caregiver. Please contact us and send the necessary proof so we can reserve their spot.
