The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Gran Hotel Sardinero, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit side by side. To guarantee this, it's essential that you enter the venue together and have purchased tickets in the same category. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the start so our team can easily seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Gran Hotel Sardinero box office?
Tickets cannot be bought at Gran Hotel Sardinero. You'll only find them available digitally through Fever's official channels (our official website or the mobile app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!
Will there be food and drink service at Gran Hotel Sardinero?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
The historic spaces where the events take place can have temperature variations depending on the date. We advise dressing in clothes suitable for the season so you can enjoy the concert with the utmost comfort.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen & ABBA in Santander lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your safety, the concert's candles operate with LED bulbs. They mimic the light of a flame perfectly without needing real fire, so they don't burn or pose any risk.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen & ABBA in Santander?
You can find them in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) using the same account as the purchase, or in your purchase confirmation email along with your access QR code. There's no need to print your tickets as they are completely digital.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Queen & ABBA be gifted?
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Get this pack to enjoy an exclusive photo session in a special area inside Gran Hotel Sardinero. You'll take home an instant physical Polaroid photo as the perfect souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Gran Hotel Sardinero?
You can buy your photo experience at Gran Hotel Sardinero if the quota hasn't been reached yet. Just remember that we don't accept cash in the venue, only card, and that online purchases have priority.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
The photo spot is inside Gran Hotel Sardinero, and our staff will guide you there. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to assist you.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
You'll get a set of 3 high-quality LED-lit candles that achieve the same visual effect as real ones. They're perfect for creating an intimate atmosphere in your home with total safety and zero risk.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Gran Hotel Sardinero? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not permitted in the venue. However, if you're coming with a guide or assistance dog, you'll have no issues.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, your caregiver gets in for free! If you need an assistant for the concert, they can request a free pass. Contact us with the medical or disability proof, and we'll have the ticket ready for you.
