How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Gran Hotel Sardinero, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Gran Hotel Sardinero box office?
There is no physical sales point inside Gran Hotel Sardinero. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
Will there be food and drink service at Gran Hotel Sardinero?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Queen & The Beatles in Santander lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Queen & The Beatles in Santander?
Go to the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) and head straight to the "Tickets" section to see them. Just make sure you're logged in with the same user you paid with. You'll also have your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. They're digital, so no printing is needed!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Queen & The Beatles be gifted?
Yes! The perfect present is a Candlelight Gift Card valid for any concert in your country, so the recipient can choose the event that suits them best. If you prefer to gift a ticket you already have, remember you can easily send it using the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?

If there are spots available at Gran Hotel Sardinero, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Make sure to arrive about 30 minutes early for your photo session. Remember that it is organized before the event and will end 10 minutes before the show starts.
When will I receive the photo?
You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Our team will guide you to the photo area as soon as you arrive at Gran Hotel Sardinero. If you get lost or need anything, just let them know.

Take home these 3 LED candles that reproduce the warm flicker of traditional lighting. Forget about fire hazards; they're an ideal and safe choice for home decoration.

Remember to pick up your online purchase at the venue during the event. Since your "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to a specific date and location, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.
