Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.

No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Eurostars Hotel Real box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).

We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

The Candlelight: Coldplay and Imagine Dragons in Santander lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.

Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.
