You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which you will find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If so, the "Change date/time" button will appear: simply tap it and follow the instructions. No refunds are permitted except in cases required by Colombian law. A flexible cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.

You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. You just need to contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.

Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.

This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.

Tickets will not be sold at the venue; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Doors will open 45 minutes before the experience starts and will close 5 minutes before it begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience.

Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to apply for a free pass for their personal assistant or carer. Please contact us with proof that you need a ticket for an assistant. Once we receive it, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to show the regular ticket together with this assistant ticket when entering the venue.

You will be able to purchase food and drinks at this event; however, there will be no gluten-free or vegan options.

Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

No, your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
