What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive drama where you participate as the jury. You'll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the accused.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
What are the different types of tickets available?
For this venue, we offer Zone A (closest to the stage), Zone B, and Zone C.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Seating is not numbered. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. We recommend arriving early to ensure you can sit together.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this event is for ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How does voting work?
To vote, scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your smartphone. Most cameras scan QR codes automatically. If not, download Google Lens or a QR scanning app. Our staff will be happy to assist you if needed.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final part of the show and without flash.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
There is no bar service available at this venue.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, leaving your seat will not be permitted except in case of emergency.

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (App Store or Google Play). Also in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You just need to show your Fever ticket in the app or by email upon arrival.
Are refunds or date changes allowed?
Refunds are not accepted. You can change your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free by clicking "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).

Doors open 40 minutes before the start. Out of respect for the performers and the audience, entry will not be permitted once the show has started.
