Is parking available?

Yes, underground car parks and parking garages are available close to Schloss Ettlingen, including in the old town (e.g. Sparkassen-Parkhaus) and at the castle itself, some with accessible spaces.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant documentation.

No, for the safety of participants all candles are flameless.

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).

How do I get to the venue?

The Erbprinz/Schloss S-Bahn stop (lines S1 and S11) is just a few minutes' walk from the castle. Several bus lines also serve the Erbprinz/Schloss stop.
