What are the different types of tickets available?
There are three zones available: Premium Zone, Zone A and Zone B.
When should I arrive?
We ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert: seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, if you and your friends have purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements for attending the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it is not possible to leave your seat during the concert, except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone, free of charge: just send the person who'll be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person who assists me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance and we'll send you a code to purchase your carer's free ticket. You'll need to show the documents along with the tickets at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with the barcode to access the event in the confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather affects your experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email, at the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
