Fue genial todo, sitio, organización y por supuesto el cuarteto de cuerda inmejorable.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change the date or time of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below).

What is a "Flexible cancellation" ticket?

Available for select events, it lets you request a refund or exchange if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event (no documentation required). If you choose a refund, you'll get the full price back minus the 10% fee for this option, to your card/PayPal (up to 10 days) or as a new coupon if you paid by coupon. If you choose an exchange, you'll receive a coupon of equal value, redeemable only for the same experience on a new date. A ticket transferred to someone else is no longer refundable.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes (doors open 45 minutes before; no entry once it has started).

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Will food or drinks be available?

Yes, the hotel bar will be open, so you can buy your drinks before the concert starts.

What are the different ticket types available?

There are four ticket types: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available near the venue and on the street.
