We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Hotel Miramar, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.

Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.

Can tickets be bought at the Hotel Miramar box office?

No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Hotel Miramar. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

The historic spaces where the events take place can have temperature variations depending on the date. We advise dressing in clothes suitable for the season so you can enjoy the concert with the utmost comfort.

We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.

The Candlelight: Tribute to Phil Collins in Malaga lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.

To guarantee a safe environment for you and the musicians, all lighting is done with LED candles. You'll enjoy the same warm atmosphere without worrying about fire or heat.

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. If there are still places available, you can buy your Candlelight photo on the day of the concert at Hotel Miramar using a card. Remember that priority is given to those who bought the add-on online when purchasing their tickets.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show if you want a photo. The photo area will stop operating 10 minutes before the show starts.

When will I receive the photo?

You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

The photo spot is inside Hotel Miramar, and our staff will guide you there. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to assist you.

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.

Make sure to pick up your items online at the event location. As it is tied to that specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned or exchanged for money; all sales are final.

Due to venue policies, you won't be able to bring your pet to the concert. However, you can enter with a service dog or guide dog.
