Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

How long does the show last?

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is permitted once it begins.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Gloucester Guildhall is an indoor venue with assigned seating.

Is there food served?

There will be a bar with an assortment of drinks and snacks.

Is there parking available?

The venue itself does not offer parking.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

What are the different ticket types?

There are 4 zones: Premium (First Front Row), Zone A (tiered seating with elevation), Zone B (ground floor behind Premium), and Restricted View (behind Zone A).

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

The venue is found in central Gloucester, right by Gloucester Central Train Station. The venue’s main entrance is on Eastgate Street.
