About the experience
What is The Jury Experience?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does it last?
Approximately 1 hour.
How do I vote?
You will be handed a paddle. When instructed by the Judge, raise it to submit your vote.
Is there sensitive content?
Yes — this experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Can I take photos?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
About your tickets
How do I find my ticket?
No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase.
Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
No refunds. Date changes permitted up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID or use the Exchange button in the Fever app.
Where can I buy tickets?
Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, for free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass. Apply BEFORE purchasing — contact us with proof of need (DLA, PIP, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID). Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one full-price ticket.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. No late entry.
