What is The Jury Experience?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does it last?
Approximately 1 hour.
How do I vote?
You will be handed a paddle. When instructed by the Judge, raise it to submit your vote.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, this experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Can I take photos or record?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.

How do I find my ticket?
No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase.
Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
No refunds. Date changes are permitted up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID, or use the 'Exchange date and/or time' button in the Fever app.
Where can I buy tickets?
Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, for free. Tap 'Transfer Tickets' in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free Carer/Support Worker pass. For Wheelchair Accessible Zone: arrive on the day with your carer — no separate ticket needed. For Zones A, B, or C: apply for a voucher BEFORE purchasing your ticket by contacting us with proof of need (DLA middle/higher rate, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, CredAbility Access Card). Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one full-price ticket.
