Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?

There are 4 zones: Premium (front row), Zone A (tiered seating with elevation), Zone B (ground floor behind Premium) and Restricted View (behind Zone A).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Will there be food and drinks?

There'll be a bar with an assortment of drinks and snacks.

Is parking available?

The venue itself doesn't offer parking.

How do I get to the venue?

Gloucester Guildhall is in central Gloucester, right by Gloucester Central train station. The venue's main entrance is on Eastgate Street.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll provide a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket — you'll need to show this along with your ticket to enter, and the Carer ticket must be bought alongside at least one other full-price ticket.
