Enjoy an outdoor Hatha Yoga session with the incredible teacher Chrys Mensoni, followed by a Yoga Nidra relaxation and a Mindful Eating talk by the specialist and pioneer on the subject Itziar Digón, in which we will review the pillars of well-being. The event will be held in the newly inaugurated Playa de Madrid 1932 space, a unique place to enjoy nature just minutes from the center of Madrid. Don’t forget to bring your mat.
