• Grilled artichokes with sesame oil and Maldon salt
• Scrambled eggs with potatoes and Iberian pork mince
• Leek and kale puff pastry with mushrooms sauce

• Cod fillets in tempura with french fries
• Low temperature roasted chicken with fried potatoes in olive oil
• Very light veal bolognese lasagne
