Where is the exhibition located?

Hall 11, The NEC Campus, Pendigo Way, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT.

How long does the exhibition last?

The exhibition is approximately an 85-minute+ experience, but you're welcome to stay and browse for as long as you like. Entry closes 15 minutes after your final time slot begins.

What are the age restrictions for attending the exhibition?

All ages are welcome. 0–3 years go free (no ticket purchase necessary). Anyone 15 years and under must be accompanied by at least one ticket holder aged 18+. We recommend the Metaverse and VR experiences for children aged 5+.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

All levels of the NEC are accessible to wheelchair users via lifts, with wheelchair-friendly toilet facilities. The Piazza and Atrium main entrances have automatic doors.

Is there parking available?

We operate an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) car park for visitors. Visitor parking is £7.50 when paid in advance or at the pay-on-foot machines on the day; the system charges £19.95 on departure if unpaid. Accessible parking is available at the standard rate, first-come first-served. We recommend pre-booking in advance.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

The exhibition is held in an indoor venue, with air conditioning and heating as required.

Can I bring food and drink?

No food or drink can be consumed inside the exhibition. If you need to bring specific food or medicine due to a pre-existing medical condition, please provide the relevant supporting documentation.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — if you purchased through Fever, your contactless ticket will be delivered directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free. Any queries about your ticket should be directed to the outlet you booked through.

Can I change my date or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your session — contact the outlet you booked through, quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered under any other circumstances.

Will there be strobe lights?

Yes, strobe lighting is used during the exhibition, which may affect visitors with photosensitive epilepsy.

Can I take photos during the visit?

Yes — handheld cameras (including DSLRs) are welcome, and you're free to take photos and share them, as long as you don't disturb other visitors. Tripods and professional accessories aren't permitted.
