⏳ Duration: entry can be booked in 15-minute slots. Allow approx. 85 minutes+ for your visit, but feel free to stay as long as you like

👤 Age requirement: all ages are welcome! Anyone aged 15 or younger must be accompanied by an adult (18+). We recommend the Metaverse and VR experiences for children aged 5+. Children 0-3 go free (no ticket purchase necessary). Please note that prams are not allowed within the exhibition space
♿ Accessibility: all levels of the NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via lifts, and have wheelchair friendly toilet facilities. The Piazza and Atrium main entrances have automatic doors. For more detailed information on accessible facilities at the venue, please visit the NEC website
🅿️ Parking: we recommend pre-booking your parking in advance. Visitor parking is £7.50 when paid in advance or at the pay‑on‑foot machines on the day.
