About the venueSt. Jakob

St. Jakob Church in Augsburg is located in the Jakober suburb, just a few minutes east of the old town, and belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran congregation Augsburg-Mitte. It was founded in the 14th century and is now known for its simple Gothic architecture and its open, inviting atmosphere. As a traditional pilgrimage church on the Camino de Santiago, it serves both as a place of rest for travelers and as a vibrant community church for the neighborhood.
