How does seating assignment and zoning work?

Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at Global Omnium Auditorio, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.

Can tickets be bought at the Global Omnium Auditorio box office?

No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Global Omnium Auditorio. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

Controlling the temperature in historic buildings is sometimes a challenge. Therefore, we recommend dressing according to the current season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the event.

No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.

The Candlelight: Tribute to The Innate Law in Seville lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.

To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.

Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.

Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. If there is still availability, you can purchase your Candlelight Photo at the venue itself, paying exclusively with a credit or debit card. Remember, online buyers have priority over sales at Global Omnium Auditorio.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.

When will I receive the photo?

Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

You'll be guided to the photo area right after you enter Global Omnium Auditorio. If you need help, just ask our staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

Answer

This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Your purchases made through Fever are delivered at the venue. Remember that the "Pack of 3 candles" does not have a refund or exchange policy because all purchases for this event are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Global Omnium Auditorio? What about service animals?

Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.
