There's no need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or by email when you arrive at the venue.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Is there parking available?

There are private and public parking options available nearby, subject to availability.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What are the different ticket types?

Meia-entrada (half-price), Inteira (full price) and Entrada Social, priced differently by zone and stage proximity. The Entrada Social ticket can be bought by anyone, no proof required, and includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.

Who qualifies for half-price (meia-entrada) tickets?

Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PNE) and a companion, low-income youth, public-school teachers (early childhood, elementary and middle school), public-security agents, and any other category eligible under current legislation. Proof of eligibility must be shown; otherwise, the full ticket price applies or you can opt for Entrada Social.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant. After purchasing your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
