Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience start time. In that case, contact us providing your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please consult our Terms.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted, to respect the performers and other guests.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Look for a member of our team to be guided upon your arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 12 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Yes, participants can take photos and record the experience. However, we ask that you be respectful of other spectators and the performers, avoiding the use of flash.
What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama in which you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this electrifying theatrical event.
Are the seats numbered?
No, the seats are not assigned. Seating is first come, first served within the zone selected when purchasing the ticket.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Customers who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 01 (one) free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. After purchasing your ticket (it is essential to have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Where is the experience taking place?
At Teatro dos 4, located at R. Marquês de São Vicente, 52 - 2nd floor - Gávea, Rio de Janeiro - RJ.
Is food served?
Yes, there will be a food and drinks service in the foyer.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is a paid parking lot at the shopping center, subject to availability.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the venue.
What are the different ticket types?
Meia-entrada (half-price), Entrada Social (social entry) and Inteira (full price) tickets for the Theater Zones. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage and the ticket type.
What is the difference between Inteira and Entrada Social tickets?
Inteira: the standard event ticket, which anyone can buy. Entrada Social: can also be bought by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a donation of R$10 to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.
Where can I buy tickets?
In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store; on the Fever website.
Who can buy half-price (meia-entrada) tickets?
Students; seniors; people with special needs (PNE) and their companion; low-income youth; teachers in state public schools and municipal school systems (early childhood, elementary and secondary levels); public security officers – Municipal Law No. 9.321/2026; any other category eligible for half-price tickets under current municipal, state or federal legislation. All the people mentioned above must present a supporting document proving their status. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the half-price ticket and will have to pay the full ticket price.
