1958, Paris, the post-war era. For years, Valerie La Voyante has been hosting a reception at the Louvre for all the important art historians. Champagne is served, and waiters in chic attire circulate hors d’oeuvres. No one from high society wants to miss this event.
Art-loving ladies and gentlemen gather to admire masterpieces. Everyone is celebrating... until Madame La Voyante announces that the famous “Mona Lisa” is a fake. The crowd is stunned. The police are immediately called in to investigate.
