1958, Paris, the Post-War Era. For years, Valerie La Voyante has hosted a reception at the Louvre for all the important Art Historians. Champagne is served, and waiters in smart attire circulate with canapés. No one from high society wants to miss this event.
Keen art lovers come together to admire the masterpieces. Everyone is celebrating exuberantly—until Madame La Voyante announces the shocking news that the famous “Mona Lisa” has been forged. The crowd gasps. The police are immediately called in to get to the bottom of this matter.
Just as the crowd begins to settle, even more shocking news breaks: A body!
