The theatre is divided into sections based on view. At entry, staff assign seats on a first-come, first-served basis within each booked section.

Scan the QR code displayed in the venue with your smartphone — it takes you directly to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically. If not, use Google Lens or a QR scanner app. Staff are on hand to assist.

Is there any sensitive content I should be aware of?

Can I get a ticket for a companion?

Guests requiring assistance can request one free pass for their personal assistant or companion. Contact us here — you’ll receive a voucher code to purchase the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both the regular ticket and companion ticket must be presented on entry.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds possible?

You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID, or use the ‘Change date and/or time’ button in the Tickets section of the Fever app (if available). Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
