Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge directly through the Fever app. If you need further help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and no entry will be permitted once the show has started.
What ticket types are available?
Premium: best visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: fair visibility. Zone D: limited visibility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we will provide you with a code to purchase your free carer ticket alongside at least one other full-price ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Accepted documents include middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible via car and public transport.
Is there parking available?
Pay and display on-street parking is available near the venue. There is also an NCP car park (entrance in Dale Street) approximately 200m away.
Is there food served?
No, but there is a bar at the venue.
Does the venue have disability access?
The nave has level access, and a ramp is available for access into the chancel. However, there is no step-free access to the galleries. There are a number of nearby car parks with designated disabled parking; the closest is the Birmingham Snow Hill station car park, where blue badge holders can park for free. Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
