*The balcony is only accessible via the stairs, there is no accessible lift.
**The doors to the Concert Room will close 5 minutes before the beginning of the show. Those who are late to the performance will need to wait until the intermission to be seated. Please make sure that you arrive in plenty of time.
Seat allocations will be available from the box office when you arrive at the show. If you would like your seat allocation in advance or if you have any special seating requests, please let us know as soon as you are able as we will aim to accommodate these if we can (please email admin@northwalesopera.co.uk).
