Hôtel de la Marine: The Intendants' Apartments

This self-guided tour includes access to the building’s most fascinating highlights, along with an audio headset that brings the hotel’s history to life. As you walk through the corridors of the former headquarters of the French Navy Ministry, you’ll get to explore the Salon d'Honneur, the loggia, and the Intendant’s Apartments, all while discovering the lives of the building’s former inhabitants, including Marc-Antoine Thierry de Ville d’Avray – Intendant of the Royal Furniture Repository. * On Wednesday, June 25 and Thursday, June 26, 2025, the Hôtel de la Marine will close at 2 p.m. (instead of 7 p.m.). Last access to the Intendant’s Apartments: 12:45 p.m.
* On Monday, May 19, 2025, the Hôtel de la Marine will close at 5 p.m. Last access to the Intendant’s Apartments: 3:45 p.m.

Free admission: under 18s (with family, except school groups), EU citizens/French residents aged 18–25, visitors with disabilities + one companion, and job seekers (with valid proof).
