There are half-price and full-price tickets for each zone. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage.

Tickets are not sold on-site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or in the email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Anyone who needs assistance throughout the experience is entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant. After purchasing your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students; senior citizens; people with disabilities and their companion; low-income youth; teachers from state and municipal public school systems (early childhood, elementary, and high school education). All must present a document proving this condition; otherwise, they will not be able to use the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience begins. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. There are no refunds under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken at the moments indicated by the musicians, with your phone screen dimmed and without flash.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat, except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to choose a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts punctually and the audience should already be seated. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to accommodate the group.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
No, ticket transfers are not possible, since the ticket is personal and non-transferable.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), logging in with the same method used for your purchase. Your QR code is also in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED.
What is the Entrada Social ticket?
Anyone can buy it, with no proof required. It includes a R$5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
