Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, in the VIP and A zones.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is paid parking, subject to availability.
What types of tickets are there?
Half-price and full-price tickets for the theatre zones. Each zone has a different price, depending on how close it is to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue; all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show your Fever ticket in the app or in your email when you arrive.
Can I request a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have a valid ticket, contact us with supporting documents.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with special needs and their companion, low-income young people, and public school teachers. Proof of status is required; otherwise the full price applies.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed in any circumstance.
What is the Entrada Social ticket?
Anyone can buy it, with no proof required. It includes a donation of R$ 5 to NGOs and non-profit organisations.
Can I enter after the concert has started?
No. Entry is not permitted after the start time.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
