Amazing artists, wonderful music!

A beautiful evening, fantastic musicians. Thoroughly enjoyed it! It was my second candlelight concert and the all saints chapel was a far better venue than one I had been to before. I would recommend booking good seats as i imagine it must have been very quiet at the back of the venue.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (fair visibility).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue is situated in the west of Eastbourne, in the Meads area, and is easily accessible by public transport and by car, with parking available both on site and on the surrounding roads. It's a short walk from Eastbourne railway station and has regular bus links; drivers have easy access via the A27.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time and close 5 minutes before the show begins, so please arrive in good time.

Is there food or drink available?

Food and drink will not be served at the venue.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is both regular and disabled parking available on-site.
