The Institut Océanographique de Paris, now known as the Institut Océanographique de Paris, is a landmark in the Latin Quarter of Paris. This foundation, dedicated to protecting the environment and the ocean, is a magnificent building reminiscent of Italian Renaissance palaces. It houses a large amphitheatre and brings together all the major environmental players under one roof.

What are the different types of tickets?
There are four ticket categories: category A, category B, category C and category D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site: all tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, fill in the form provided for this purpose and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is open to people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Remember to log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert can also be found in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the concert's start time as stated on your ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Is it possible to get a refund?
No refunds are given, unless you purchased a flexible, cancellable ticket. Changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before your original session time, subject to availability. Contact us to change your ticket.
What is a flexible, cancellable ticket?
With a flexible, cancellable ticket (available for certain events only), you can request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I request a refund for my flexible ticket?
You can cancel your flexible, cancellable ticket by asking us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. Your ticket can no longer be refunded if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to cancel my ticket?
No documents are needed to request a refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long will it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by card or PayPal, we'll refund the amount paid to the associated account; it may take more than 10 days for the money to appear. If you paid with a coupon, you'll find a new coupon in the "Coupon" section of the app. This coupon is different from your Fever Club wallet.
Will I be refunded in full?
You'll be refunded the full ticket price, except for the 10% paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I choose to exchange my ticket, when will I receive the new one?
Once the exchange has been processed, you'll receive a coupon for the same value as your purchase. Simply open the experience in the Fever app, choose a new date or time, and pay with your coupon.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. If you exchange your ticket, your coupon can only be used for the experience you originally booked.
How can I request my refund?
Contact us to request a refund for your ticket.
Where does the experience take place?
The concert takes place at Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris.
How can I get there?
The venue is very well served by public transport. Metro: line 7 (Place Monge) and line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine). RER: line B (Luxembourg). Bus: 21, 24, 27 and 38 (Luxembourg and Musée et Institut Curie stops). Parking: Parking Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon, 22 rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris. Remember to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.
Will there be drinks available on site?
No, no drinks are available on site.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Maison de l'Océan is step-free, with an access ramp. People with reduced mobility are welcome, subject to the places available.
Is there parking nearby?

Can I get in if I arrive late?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot enter once the concert has begun.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
