What are the different types of tickets?
There are three categories: Category A, excellent visibility; Category B, very good visibility; Category C, good visibility.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: they must all be purchased through the app or on the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free ticket for your carer. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us with all supporting documents: you must have a valid ticket before making your request.
Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?
The concert is open to people aged 8 and over. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same email address you used to make your purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the concert stated on your ticket. If this applies to you, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
What is a refundable flexible ticket?
Available only for certain events, refundable flexible tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
Until when can I request a refund for my flexible ticket?
You can request a refund for your refundable flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note: a ticket transferred to another user can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to provide to get a refund?

Where does the concert take place?
In the Salle Gustave Eiffel, on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower.
How do I get there?
The Eiffel Tower is located on the Champ de Mars, 5 avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris. Metro: line 6 (Bir-Hakeim), line 8 (École Militaire) and line 9 (Trocadéro). RER C: Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel. Buses 30, 42, 72 and 82: Tour Eiffel stop. The meeting point is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower 1 hour before the concert starts (7.30pm for the 8.30pm concert), as lift slots are reserved for Candlelight. Enter through the pillar marked with a Candlelight sign: plenty of signs will guide you there.
Are there any drinks or food available?
A glass of champagne is included with your ticket. Madame Brasserie menus are purchased separately from the ticket and aren't available at every concert.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets aren't allowed.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately not: the Salle Gustave Eiffel isn't accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Parking Pullman Tour Eiffel (18 avenue de Suffren) and Parking Saemes Quai Branly Tour Eiffel (25 quai Branly).
Can I take photos or film during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash. The musicians will remind you of this during the concert.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash.
Can I leave the venue during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts. As lift slots are reserved for Candlelight, make your way to the foot of the Eiffel Tower at least 1 hour before the start, so that we can place you in your booked category. The concert starts on time and latecomers won't be able to enter the venue.
What happens if the weather prevents the concert from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
How are seats allocated? Can I sit with my friends?
Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis, within the booked category. You can sit with your friends if the whole group arrives at the same time with tickets in the same category: in that case, it's best to arrive early, and we'll do everything we can to seat the whole group together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account free of charge, by tapping "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For any help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
