Description
There are walks steeped in history, and the one we propose to you covers the main monuments of Segovia in a unique visit. Your experience will begin at the foot of the Aqueduct, an impressive Roman structure dating back 2,000 years and boasting the best preserved aqueduct in the world. Afterwards, you will walk along "Calle Real", the main axis of the city, where you will discover some of the most unique places. Then, we will arrive at the Plaza Mayor, where we will visit the Cathedral. Known as the "Lady of the Cathedrals", it is a magnificent example of late Gothic architecture. Our itinerary will continue through the Canonjías neighborhood and will end at the exterior of the Alcázar: an impressive castle converted into a royal residence in the 13th century, which acquired its unmistakable Gothic appearance during the times of John II and Henry IV.
