Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play) - log in with the same method you used to purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our Terms & Conditions.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts; once transferred to another user, it is no longer refundable. No documents are needed to request it - please contact us to process your refund.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Drinks are available. Food is only available by prior arrangement/request.

Is parking available?

Yes, right in front of the hotel. The parking fee is €5.00 per car.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documentation.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. If a service animal will be accompanying you, please fill in the relevant form, which we will send you on request.

Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?

Schlosshotel Karlsruhe, Bahnhofplatz 2, 76137 Karlsruhe, in the "Spiegelsaal" event room. The best way to reach the Schlosshotel is via Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof (main station) or the Poststraße stop.
