Starters:

Simone-style “oeuf parfait” meurette, triple-cooked bacon, caramelized pearl onions, sautéed mushrooms, red wine sauce.

🌱 Traditional eggplant parmigiana, smoked buffalo scamorza, San Marzano DOP tomato sauce with basil, Parmesan fondue.

🌱 Creamy button mushroom purée, pan-seared oyster mushrooms, and a beurre blanc emulsion.
