This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Iglesia de la Encarnación, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Iglesia de la Encarnación box office?
No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Iglesia de la Encarnación. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
Will there be food and drink service at Iglesia de la Encarnación?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Controlling the temperature in historic buildings is sometimes a challenge. Therefore, we recommend dressing according to the current season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the event.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Bilbao lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Bilbao?
You can find them in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) using the same account as the purchase, or in your purchase confirmation email along with your access QR code. There's no need to print your tickets as they are completely digital.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course, sharing your tickets won't cost you anything. Just go to your Fever app profile, tap your ticket, and select "Transfer Tickets." If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA be gifted?
Yes! The perfect present is a Candlelight Gift Card valid for any concert in your country, so the recipient can choose the event that suits them best. If you prefer to gift a ticket you already have, remember you can easily send it using the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Take home an unforgettable memory! This pack offers you an exclusive mini photo session inside Iglesia de la Encarnación. You'll instantly take home a printed Polaroid-style photograph.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Iglesia de la Encarnación?
Photos can be bought at Iglesia de la Encarnación as long as the quota hasn't been filled. Customers who buy the photo opportunity through the website when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over those who buy at the venue. Purchases at the venue can only be made with a credit/debit card; cash is not accepted.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your photo. The photo sessions will end 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure everything runs on time.
When will I receive the photo?
Select your favorite shot, and our team will print it while you enjoy the show. Don't forget to collect your keepsake when the event ends, as it won't be possible to store it for afterwards.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you pass the entrance control at Iglesia de la Encarnación, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
All packages purchased online must be picked up at the designated venue location during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all additional candle packages purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Iglesia de la Encarnación? What about service animals?
Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, your caregiver gets in for free! If you need an assistant for the concert, they can request a free pass. Contact us with the medical or disability proof, and we'll have the ticket ready for you.
Is Iglesia de la Encarnación accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
