• Moet & Chandon: A blend of nearly 100 different Champagnes, this iconic Champagne from the Moet & Chandon winery is characterized by a bright fruity aroma, an exquisite palate and an elegant maturity.
• Anchimo: Called the "foie gras of the sea" by some gourmets, monkfish liver is made into a mousse using Pigment's special recipe and served on a baguette with olive oil and chives.
