Located a 1-minute walk from Seocho Station in Seoul, White Wave Art Center White Hall is a premium multi-purpose performance venue with a two-story seating structure accommodating approximately 450-475 guests. It offers an overwhelming sense of openness with ceilings over 7 meters high and an unobstructed view. Equipped with an excellent acoustic reflector system that delivers vivid sound even without a microphone, it is perfect for a variety of events, from classical performances and concerts to musicals, fan meetings, large lectures, and corporate seminars. Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be checked through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Depending on the availability of the other session you want, you can change the date or time up to 24 hours before the show starts. To request a change, contact us with your ticket ID (What is a ticket ID? You can find it in your purchase confirmation email or in the Tickets section of the Fever app). You can also check yourself whether your ticket can be changed: if you see a "Change date or time" button on your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the app, tap it to change it yourself. See the Terms and Conditions for more details. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see the Terms and Conditions for details. However, you can add a flexible cancellation option when booking, which is covered by a different policy. Find more information here.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
You can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost. Just click the "Transfer tickets" button in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us at any time and include your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). You need to log in with the same method (the same account) you used to purchase. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the event starts and close 5 minutes before the start. If you arrive late, entry may be restricted out of consideration for the other guests and the performers.
Is the venue accessible?
Wheelchair access is not possible.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 12 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the curtain call, and without flash.
If I bought a ticket with the flexible cancellation option, can I get a refund?
You can cancel a flexible cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Just contact us. Please note that a refund is not possible if you have transferred the ticket to another user.
How are the seating zones divided?
The event is divided into several zones depending on the view. Seats are assigned at entry following the instructions of the on-site staff, on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you chose.
Can I sit with my companions?
This is possible if you bought tickets for the same zone and arrive at the venue together. We therefore recommend arriving early, and we will do our best so that all your companions can sit together as much as possible.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
On-site purchase is not available. All tickets must be bought through the app or the website before you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the show can request one free pass for their carer. Contact us with documentation proving the need and we will provide a voucher code to purchase the free pass. You must show this documentation together with your tickets when entering the venue.
Can I buy food and drinks on site?
Food and drinks are not sold on site.
Can I leave my seat during the event?
Out of consideration for the other guests and the performers, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the event?
No, please set your phone to silent mode for the duration of the event.
Are strobe lights used?
No, strobe lights are not used.
How do I vote?
Scan the QR code provided at the venue with your smartphone to go directly to the voting page. Most smartphone cameras recognize QR codes automatically, but if yours doesn't, use Google Lens (Android/iOS) or a QR scanner app from your app store. If you need help, ask the on-site staff, who will be happy to assist you.
What happens if the show can't take place because of the weather?
If weather conditions disrupt the show (change of venue, postponement, etc.), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring a guide dog or a pet?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
