Please arrive with plenty of time before the show starts
Doors open at 6:00 PM for the first show and 8:30 PM for the second. Settle in with a drink and enjoy the evening before the first notes begin. Our staff will show you to your seat. Please note that late entry is not permitted once the performance has started.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Is parking available?

Unfortunately, this building doesn't have a parking lot, so we're unable to offer parking assistance. The nearest parking lot is Yeongdong Techno Tower parking lot, with rates of 500 won per 10 minutes, or 3,000 won per hour.

How are seats assigned?

There is only one type of ticket: general admission. Seats are assigned by staff based on factors such as party size and booking order, and cannot be selected directly.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.

Can I order food or drinks after entering?

Can I sit next to my friends?

You can sit together according to the number of people in your ticket reservation. If you booked separately from your party, you must either sit together or let us know in advance so that you can be seated together. However, customers visiting alone may be seated together with other guests depending on seating availability.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

What can I expect from the event?
