🕒 Operating Hours: Daily 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🎟️ In case of high attendance, entry will be managed sequentially via an on-site waiting list system, and viewing times may experience slight delays.
⏳ Last Entry: 7:00 PM. Ticket sales and entry may close early if waiting lines are long.
🎧 If you wish to use the audio docent, please bring your own earphones.
📍 Location: Sinsa House (27 Gangnam-daero 162-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
👤 Age Requirement: Suitable for all ages (Children should be accompanied by a guardian)
🕓 Duration: Approx. 60 minutes

Information for Wheelchair Users
• Some passageways within the exhibition venue have a minimum width of approximately 70 cm, which may be narrow. Please check your wheelchair dimensions prior to visiting.
• Elevators are available for movement between floors. However, on certain floors, there are low steps between the elevator and the exhibition space.
• If you require assistance while navigating the exhibition, please notify on-site staff on any floor and we will gladly assist to ensure a safe and comfortable visit.

🎟️ Ticket Reservation Guidelines
• After your reservation is verified at the on-site ticket booth, you must exchange it for a physical paper admission ticket before entering.
• Ticket prices vary depending on general admission vs. weekday-discount tickets and adult vs. student tickets. Please visit on the day that matches the ticket type you reserved. If you are using a discounted ticket, be sure to bring the required proof of eligibility.
• If you purchased an adult ticket and request a student discount at the venue, the price difference will not be refunded at the ticket booth.
• Weekday discounts do not apply on public holidays or substitute holidays. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.
