Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

We loved the experience. We spoiled ourselves with Premium seats so were very privileged to sit close and see as well as hear the amazing Quartet. I would recommend the night to anyone who enjoys live music and I hope to attend another soon. Thankyou

Llandaff Cathedral, Cardiff was such a beautiful and atmospheric setting. The Northern Street Quartet was excellent. How can so few instruments make such a full sound? The whole experience was magical. I would highly recommend the Candlelit Events.

Performance was amazing, the acoustics in the catherdral made for an amazing atmosphere. Only downside is that sitting at the back meant you were unable to see any of the candles, which was a bit of a shame. However overall it was a brilliant evening

The quartet were brilliant! It may be worth asking people to stay silent throughout at the start of the performance, I was sat next to someone who frequently spoke during the performance which tarnished the experience.

About the venueLlandaff Cathedral
Llandaff was founded by Bishop Urban in 1107 on the site of a 6th century monastic church established by St Dyfrig. The interior of the church is dominated by a modern sculpture of Christ designed by Sir Jacob Epstein. Llandaff Cathedral celebrates one of the longest dedications to service of any British church.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.
Are refunds possible?
Only with the Flexible Refund Ticket (available for selected dates): you can request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, by tapping "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium Seating (front row), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (limited visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
At Llandaff Cathedral, Cathedral Cl, Cardiff CF5 2LA.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.
How long does the experience last?
Around 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone; the concert starts on time and latecomers won't be admitted.
Is there parking available?
Public parking is available on the streets and in the gardens next to the Cathedral.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free ticket for their personal assistant/support worker, which must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket. Contact us here with proof of your need for a carer ticket; accepted documents include middle or higher rate DLA, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category). We'll then provide a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket, which must be shown together with your ticket at entry.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes.
Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for attendees' safety all the candles used are flameless.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
