About the venuePortland House

Built in 1926 by architects F.C.R Palmer and W.F.C Holden, Portland House was labelled as "one of the finest buildings of its kind". A stunning Grade II listed former banking hall, its doors are now open as one of Cardiff's most spectacular venues. How do I receive my tickets?

Your tickets are in the Fever app under ‘Tickets’. Just show them at the entrance, no need to print.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase.
