How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Iglesia de la Encarnación, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Iglesia de la Encarnación box office?
It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Iglesia de la Encarnación. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
Will there be food and drink service at Iglesia de la Encarnación?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Controlling the temperature in historic buildings is sometimes a challenge. Therefore, we recommend dressing according to the current season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the event.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight Christmas: Nutcracker and Christmas Classics by Candlelight in Bilbao lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight Christmas: Nutcracker and Christmas Classics by Candlelight in Bilbao?
Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight Christmas: Nutcracker and Christmas Classics by Candlelight be gifted?
Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Get this pack to enjoy an exclusive photo session in a special area inside Iglesia de la Encarnación. You'll take home an instant physical Polaroid photo as the perfect souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Iglesia de la Encarnación?
Photos will be on sale at Iglesia de la Encarnación depending on the day's availability. If you decide to buy them there, remember that only card payments are accepted and that attendees who purchased the package online in advance will have priority for the session.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to come 30 minutes early to go through the photo area. The session will close strictly 10 minutes before the music starts.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Once you enter Iglesia de la Encarnación, our staff will tell you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to approach any of our employees if you have any questions.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This special pack contains 3 decorative LED candles that simulate the glow and cozy ambiance of real light. They are the perfect alternative for adding warmth to your home in a clean and safe way.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Are pets or animals allowed in Iglesia de la Encarnación? What about service animals?
Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, of course! If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a free ticket for your caregiver or personal assistant. Just contact us by sending the document or proof that shows you need one.
Is Iglesia de la Encarnación accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking available at Iglesia de la Encarnación?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
