Ratcliffe’s Flowers, established in 1917, occupied a Mediterranean Revival building designed by William Peeps in 1929 at 431 South Tryon Street, Charlotte. This historic structure, a city landmark, operated as a florist shop until 1989 and has since been preserved, reflecting the architectural charm and commercial history of Charlotte’s uptown district.
