    Description
Two stars align for this unforgettable concert telling the story of Kreisler and Rachmaninov. Acclaimed pianist Simon Tedeschi will present a duo program with violinist Andrew Haveron, concertmaster for the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Presenting works famously performed by the legendary duo of Fritz Kreisler and Sergei Rachmaninov, they will perform some of the most cherished works for violin and piano. Virtuosic, moving and dramatic sonatas by Beethoven and Schubert, two of the great Romantic composers; Grieg’s violin sonata is nothing short of spectacular and Kreisler’s Fantasietta spirits you directly into the dance halls of Vienna. An unmissable event in the glorious acoustics of the Great Synagogue!
